The book showcases breathtaking imagery of the Club and course by Mr. Nile Young, detailed illustrations of each hole from Mr. Jack Nicklaus’ most patriotic design, and editorial contributions from Mr. Gary D’Amato, Mr. David Shedloski, and Mr. Greg Johnson.
In Memory of Dr. John Rooney (1939–2025)
Dr. John Rooney provided his steady hand, wisdom, and unwavering faith as a founding board member of the Folds of Honor and in the creation of American Dunes Golf Club. His spirit continues to guide us as we advance the cause he so deeply believed in — honoring those who serve and providing hope for their families.
Our Mission
American Dunes exists for two reasons: to provide golfers with a memorable experience on a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, and to raise funds for the Folds of Honor Foundation. The Foundation awards life-changing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military members and first responders.
